1. Digital Product Refunds
We understand that purchasing digital products can sometimes be tricky, and we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Our digital product refund policy is as follows:
- All sales are final. Refunds are only allowed in cases of duplicate purchases, failed downloads, or technical issues that Themekarts and the Seller cannot resolve.
- No refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Insufficient expertise to use the item
- Disinterest after downloading
- The item did not meet expectations or perceived low quality
Eligibility for Refunds
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times.
- Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the product after a reasonable time, or there is a technical issue preventing download.

How to Request a Refund

- If the seller does not respond in 7 days, Themekarts will make a final decision.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
2. Freelancer Service Refunds
We aim to create a positive experience for buyers and freelancers. Refunds for freelance services are handled transparently.
Eligibility for Service Refunds
- Non-Completion of Service: If the freelancer does not complete the work as described.
- Poor Quality Work: If the work is significantly below standards and remains unresolved.
- Failure to Meet Deadlines: If deadlines are missed without proper communication.
How to Request a Refund
Contact support within 7 days of service delivery. Include:
- Proof of purchase and service details (order ID or agreement)
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Documentation such as messages or files supporting your claim
Refund Approval Process
- The freelancer has 7 days to respond or resolve the issue.
- If unresolved, Themekarts will assess and decide based on the case details.
Refund Outcome
- If approved, funds will be refunded in 7-14 business days.
- The freelancer’s earnings will be adjusted, including fees.
- If declined, a detailed explanation will be provided with next steps.
3. General Terms
- Refund Eligibility: Applies only to purchases made on Themekarts.
- Refund Processing: To the original payment method used.
- Refund Period: 7–14 business days after approval.
- Fraudulent Activity: Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud or policy abuse.
- Policy Changes: Themekarts reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website.
