Product License

At Themekarts, all our digital products, including website themes, templates, and assets, are covered under our Proprietary License. We offer two types of licenses: Regular License and Extended License, designed to fit different usage needs.

1. Single Use License

The Single Use License grants you permission to use the theme for a single website or domain, either for personal or client projects.

✅ Allowed Under Single Use License:
  • Use on one website or domain (personal or client project)
  • Modify/customize the theme as needed
  • Use for commercial purposes (without resale)
❌ Not Allowed Under Single Use License:
  • Cannot use the theme for multiple projects or domains.
  • Redistribution, resale, or license sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • License cannot be transferred to another client, developer, or freelancer. A separate license must be purchased.
  • Cannot be used in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model.
  • Cannot offer the theme for free or distribute it publicly.

2. Unlimited Use License

The Unlimited Use License is for businesses and developers who need to use the theme on multiple websites/domains or integrate it into a subscription-based SaaS platform.

✅ Allowed Under Unlimited Use License:
  • Use on multiple websites/domains (personal or client projects)
  • Use in a subscription-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform
  • Modify/customize the theme as needed
  • Use for commercial purposes (without resale)
❌ Not Allowed Under Unlimited Use License:
  • Redistribution, resale, or license sharing is strictly prohibited.
